Red Moon Marketing Launches ‘Project White Beach’ to Attract Tourists to Alabama Beaches

(BUSINESS WIRE)--Red Moon Marketing, Coca-Cola Consolidated and Circle K have joined forces to launch Project White Beach – a massive consumer promotion designed to attract visitors back to the Alabama Gulf Shore.

As part of Project White Beach, over the next two months more than 100,000 discount booklets will be distributed in Circle K stores throughout Louisiana, Tennessee and Alabama giving significant discounts from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach accommodations, restaurants and attractions.

In addition, a number of lucky families will win a fantastic all-expenses paid vacation package to the Alabama Gulf Coast as part of the ‘Enjoy the Gulf Coast’ sweepstakes. Eight grand prize winners will be awarded with a five-night stay on the beach, golf, beach portrait session, charter fishing trip, gift certificates to local restaurants and tickets to area attractions like the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, USS Alabama and much more!

No purchase is necessary to win and consumers can enter by going to the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism’s website, www.EnjoytheGulfCoast.com. The promotion is expected to help jumpstart the 2011 summer tourist season.

Project White Beach officially kicked off with a press conference held April 4, 2011 that was covered by local, regional and national media outlets.

Gulf Shores Golf Association Holding “Play to Win” Sweepstakes

(PR.com)-- The Gulf Shores Golf Association has announced the details of their Play to Win giveaway, a sweepstakes that will run until September 15th, 2010.

Visitors to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area who book a golf vacation between now and September 15th will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a golf package that will include a full, custom-fit set of Callaway golf clubs, transportation to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores for the golf club fitting, and a one-night stay with one of GSGA’s partner accommodations. The qualifying golf vacation can take place anytime during 2010.

The total value of the giveaway package is $3,500, and the winner will be randomly selected on September 16th. Entrants can visit the association’s website, www.golfgulfshores.com to request a package quote. Once guests book a golf vacation with one of GSGA’s partner accommodations, they are entered in the drawing.
