JetBlue Airways Launches 'E-vent' of the Week: A Four-Day Online Fare Sale

/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- To give jetters a leg up on 2009 travel deals, value airline JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ:JBLU) today announced the "E-vent" of the Week: a four-day online fare sale for select flights to and from the Northeast, Florida and California. Travel must be booked online at www.jetblue.com by Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008.

Customers can jet between New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Las Vegas, L.A./Long Beach, Oakland, San Francisco or San Jose for as little as $109 (a) each way. One-way sale fares as low as $79 (a) are also available between Austin, TX and Long Beach/L.A., CA or $89 (a) to San Francisco.

New western routes are on sale between Long Beach and San Jose for $39 (a) or between Burbank and Las Vegas for $49 (a), or jet from Seattle to Long Beach for as little as $69 (a). Las Vegas to Salt Lake City is on sale for $44 (a); and one-way fares as low as $49 (a) are available from Long Beach to Sacramento.

Sale fares must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. MDT on Thursday, December 4, 2008 and require up to a 7-day advance purchase. For travel to or from Puerto Rico or the Dominican Republic, travel must take place between January 15, 2009 and February 11, 2009. Travel between Florida and Nassau must take place between February 1 and February 11, 2009. All other travel must take place between January 7, 2009 and February 11, 2009.
