Winter Storm Will Affect Flights in the Northeast Through Wednesday

Weather conditions are expected to make air travel difficult, forcing some delays and cancellations of flights at airports in the region. To avoid inconvenience, travelers scheduled on flights through Wednesday may wish to delay commencement of their trip.

Customers scheduled to travel to, from or through affected airports, including Continental's New York hub at Newark Liberty International Airport, are encouraged to postpone or reroute their trip without penalty to avoid possible inconvenience. Customers booked on flights in the affected region are permitted a one-time date or time change to their itinerary without penalty for rescheduled travel through Dec. 26, 2008.
